Barbecued meat loaf

Ingredients
 
1 1/2
lbs
Lean ground beef
1
egg, lightly beaten
4
tbsp
Seasoned bread crumbs
1
tbsp
minced parsley
4
tbsp
Water
2
tbsp
Minced onion
2
tbsp
White horseradish
salt & pepper to taste
BARBECUE SAUCE:
8
tbsp
chili sauce
3
tbsp
catsup
1
tbsp
Worcestirshire sauce
1/2
teasp
Dry mustard
1
dash
Tabasco sauce
 
Procedure
 
1. Combine all above-mixing well with your hands.
2. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
3. Top with sauce(recipe below) and bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes-may be a bit more if you use more meat.
4. Sauce: combine all sauce ingredients and spread over top of meat loaf-baste the loaf occasionally with the sauce during cooking.
5. This is great left over for sandwiches
