Really Good Crockpot Beef Stew

Ingredients
 
2 1/2
lbs
beef chuck or stew meat, cut into chunks
4
tbsp
Flour
1 1/2
teasp
Salt
1/2
teasp
Pepper
1
each
pack of beef stew seasoning (McCormick)
1 1/2
cup
Water
1
teasp
worcestershire sauce
1
each
garlic clove, minced
1
teasp
Paprika
2
cup
Baby carrot
1
large
(vidalia) onion, chopped
1
each
Celery stalk, thinly sliced
2
teasp
Gravy Master
 
Procedure
 
1. Place meat in crock pot.
2. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over meat and stir to coat meat with flour. Mix beef stew seasoning with water and pour over meat.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low about 10 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving.

Wow...! It took 10 hours to cook !Isn't that too long hour ? The baby carrot and onion will melt in the gravy
