Makes servings
  • 12 oz chicken breast, cut in strips
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced
  • 1 -- carrot, sut diagaonally
  • 1 -- Onion, in ΒΌ-in slices
  • 1.5 cup Chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 pack Snow pea pods
  • 8 tbsp Sliced water chestnuts
  • 0.5 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1.5 cup Instant rice
Cook and stir chicken in hot oil till light brown
Add celery, carrots and onion cook about 5 minutes
Add broth, soy sauce, snow peas, water chestnuts and ginger
Bring to boil
Stir in rice
Cover and remove, let stand 5 minutes then fluff with fork
