Ingredients
Makes servings
  • 2 lb Lean ground beef
  • 2 lb Crawfish tails
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Pepper, Cayenne
  • 1 tsp Dried mint
  • 1 tbsp Dried parsley
  • 3 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 cup (8 oz) Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Wine, white, dry
  • 1 time Water
  • 1 tsp Lemon or lime juice
  • 1 cup Onion, in ΒΌ-in slices
  • 1 time Bacon drippings
Preparation
Brown meat in bacon drippings.
Combine all other ingredients with meat and bring to a boil.
Simmer for a few hours
