Ingredients
Makes servings
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 8 tbsp Butter
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 8 tbsp Scallions
  • 8 tbsp Jack cheese
  • 4 tbsp Cream, Half and half
  • 1 time Egg, whole
  • 8 tbsp Diced Green Chiles
  • 3 tbsp jalapeno jelly
Preparation
Combine breadcrumbs and butter-mix well.
Press a thin layer onto the bottom and up the sides of a springform pan, muffin pan, or mini muffin pan.
Combine cream cheese, scallions, jack cheese, and half & half in a bowl.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
Fold in the diced green chiles.
Pour into the prepared crust.
Bake @ 325 degrees until set and lightly browned on top remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Garnish each portion with a dollop of jalapeno jelly.
Serve at room temperature.
