Ingredients

- 2 cup Sugar, granulated
- 4 -- Egg
- 1.5 cup Oil
- 2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Soda
- 3 cup grated carrots
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 4 tbsp Chopped Oregon hazelnuts
- 8 tbsp Butter
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 2 cup Sugar, powdered
- 8 tbsp Chopped Oregon hazelnuts
- 1 tsp Vanilla

Preparation
|
Beat eggs, sugar and oil together. Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and salt together. Add to creamed mixture. Fold in grated carrots and vanilla and mix well. Bake at 325 for 1 hour in a greased 9x13-inch pan. Spread on the cream cheese icing and serve.
