Ingredients
Makes servings
  • 4 -- 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 8 oz small precooked cocktail shrimp
  • 8 -- Lettuce leaves
  • 2 cup Alfalfa sprouts
  • 4 tbsp Shredded carrots
  • 4 tbsp Cooked corn
  • 4 tbsp Canned black beans, rinsed
  • 4 tbsp lite salad dressing-tomato vinaigrette, or your favorite flavor
Preparation
Assemble one tortillas at a time.
Lay each tortilla flat and place one-quarter of the lettuce, sprouts carrots, shrimp,corn,beans,and dressing in the center.
Fold the tortilla, then roll up tightly.
Serve immediately or wrap in plastic to keep from drying out.
