Assemble one tortillas at a time. Lay each tortilla flat and place one-quarter of the lettuce, sprouts carrots, shrimp,corn,beans,and dressing in the center. Fold the tortilla, then roll up tightly. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic to keep from drying out.
