Ingredients
Makes
  • 1 lb Beef of choice
  • 1 -- Onion
  • 1 -- GREEN PEPPER
  • 1 -- Pepper, red
  • 1 large can Tomato soup
  • 1 large can Stewed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 -- Bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp Dried mustard
  • 1 tbsp Sauce, Worcestershire
  • 1 tbsp Sugar, brown
  • 2 tbsp Butter
Preparation
Slice beef in strips.Dredge in flour.In
skillet brown beef in 2 tblsp. oil until
tender.Remove beef, drain fat, Set aside
In 2 tblsp.butter saute peppers,onions
add beef simmer for 15 min In sauce pan
mix soup tomatoes,seasoning,s simmer until
creamy In skillet add beef, sauce mix
Simmer until done. Serve over rice or
mashed potatoes.
