Ingredients
Makes servings
  • Pacific tuna salad
  • 2 cup Mixed salad greens
  • 2 -- Tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 -- Green onions, chopped
  • 4 tbsp white beans, cooked or canned
  • 4 tbsp Mushrooms (6 oz.) finely
  • 2 tbsp fat free chow mein noodles
Preparation
Arrange the tuna salad on a bed of the mixed greens.
Place the tomatoes, green onions, white beans, and mushrooms around plate.
Top with chow mein noodles and serve.
