Cook macaroni in lightly salted water until 'Al Dente' (slightly chewy). Drain and set aside. Steam the broccoli until tender, refresh under cold running water. Drain and set aside. Saute chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until onions are tender. Add basil and cook for 2 more minutes. Place cheddar and cottage cheeses in a large bowl. Add milk and mix well. Add broccoli, onion mixture, pasta and mix well. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 12 minutes.
