Makes servings
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin. cut in cubes
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 -- green bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 -- red bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 6 large can Pineapple chunks
  • 1.5 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar, granulated
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1.5 cup Instant rice
Mix flour and salt in shallow dish
Coat pork cubes
Brown pork well in hot oil over medium heat
Continue to cook 10 minutes. sitr occasionally
Add green and red peppers, pineapple and water
Mix sugar, cornstarch and vinegar in small cup, stir into skillet
Cook and stir till mixture thickens and comes to full boil
Stir in rice
Cover remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes
Fluff with fork
