Grilled Pork Neck Slices with Chilli Sauce

Ingredients

Pork neck
Marinade:
1
tbsp
Garlic, chopped
1
tbsp
Coriander leaves, chopped
1
teasp
Black peppercorn, ground
2
tbsp
Oyster sauce
2
tbsp
Soy sauce, light
1
tbsp
Sugar
Sauce
1
tbsp
White onions, chopped
1
tbsp
Oyster sauce
2
teasp
Lemon juice
1
teasp
Chili Powder
 
Procedure
 
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped garlic, ground pepper and chopped coriander leaves to form a paste.
2. Add the light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.
3. Marinate the pork neck in the marinade for 1 hour.
4. While waiting, mix the ingredients for the sauce together.
5. Set aside.
6. Grill the pork over a hot charcoal grill until the meat is cooked. (Approximately 12 minutes)
7. Remove from heat and slice the pork neck into 1/2 inch slices.
8. Arrange on a serving platter and serve with the chili sauce on the side.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
